Return & Exchange Policy
At TAMO Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, here’s how we can help:
Returns
Eligibility:
- You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange if you have simply changed your mind.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Earrings are excluded from change-of-mind returns due to hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customised products, gift cards, and perishable goods cannot be returned.
- Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If your item is faulty or not as described, you may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving it.
- Please email us at support@tamojewellery.com with photos of the issue.
- We will review your request and also check our packing video for verification.
- Once approved, you will not need to return the faulty item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
- Once your return or exchange is approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
- Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please contact us by email with details and supporting photos.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
- To ensure safe delivery, please use registered and trackable post.
- We cannot accept liability for damage or loss of goods while in transit. Returns arriving COD or requiring collection will be refused.
